No worries! If you’ve had second thoughts, you can return unopened and unused items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee).

❌ Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product?
We’re sorry about that! If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, damaged product)

3. Approval Process:
Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Process:

  • In-Store Purchase: Bring the unopened product and original receipt to our store for a full refund.
  • Online Purchase: We’ll send you a return shipping label. Just pack the unopened product securely and send it back using the label provided.

5. Verification & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your refund within 7 business days (excluding shipping costs), using the original payment method.


What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded?

  • Opened or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept used products.
  • Missing Receipt (In-Store): In-store purchases must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returns After 15 Days: Items returned after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Damage or Errors Reported After 7 Days: All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, the cancellation window closes, and our standard return policy applies.
