What Can Be Returned or Replaced?
🚫 Received the Wrong or Expired Product?
No worries! If you’ve received the incorrect item or something past its expiry date, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items?
If your package arrived damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a prompt resolution.

- Brief explanation of the issue (e.g. wrong item, damage, expired product)

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you on the next steps.
Return Process
- Hikmabiotics Pickup (If Available):
We’ll schedule a pickup from your location if our reverse logistics service covers your area. - Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available):
You may ship the product(s) back using a trusted courier. Don’t worry—we’ll reimburse reasonable courier charges upon verification. - Verification & Resolution:
Once we receive the product(s), we’ll inspect them and proceed with either a replacement (based on stock availability) or a refund.
What Can’t Be Returned or Replaced?
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging (including boxes, labels, etc.)
- Requests made after 7 days for wrong/expired items
- Damage/missing item claims made after 2 days from delivery
